Pase Homes - Initial Contact

Your first communication will be with Ryan, the working director. We will determine your building requirements; answer any questions you may have about the design or build and discuss the ideas you have for designing your new home.

You can reach out to us via email, online website enquiry, phone or social media and expect a prompt response,  so that together we can take the first step to starting the process.


You will have the opportunity for your first consultation to take place in the comfort of your own home with Ryan and Tom Pase, both the builder and in-house architectural designer. This consultation will allow us to establish the kind of home you would like to build, discuss block details, build a wish list, a budget forecast and includes a talk-through of the entire building process.

Pase Homes - Preliminary Design

Using the information discussed in our initial consultation, Tom Pase, our architectural designer, will prepare floor plans specially tailored to you and your specifications, budget and land requirements. If you have existing plans, we will work through these with you to make any changes you might like. Your builder, Ryan can now provide an initial estimate based on your floor plans. The team will provide you with clear feedback from a practical builders perspective to ensure we meet your needs for functionality of design and style.


The PBA (Preliminary Building Agreement) will include the finalisation of all architectural drawings. At this stage we will engage an engineer to complete structural and drainage plans, as well as providing all other specifications, Basix and surveys to meet your local council requirements for lodgement. Upon the completion of this stage of your building process. Ryan can now provide you with  a Fixed Price Tender.

Pase Homes - Contract & Deposit

Following the agreement of the final drawings and Fixed Tender Price, we will arrange a meeting to present and sign your HIA Building Contract. Once signed, lodgement of your Home Owners Warranty will take place. Following this stage we will require a 5% deposit.


All drawings are now finalised including engineering drawings and all necessary permits are in place. We will submit an application to council for Building Approval.

Pase Homes - Selections

While we await approval from your local council, our team will work with you to bring the styling you have envisaged to life.  Appointments with our preferred trades and suppliers will be scheduled to finalise your selections.


Ryan and his team at Pase Homes will work to provide regular updates and site meetings from the time that construction commences through to handover. You will have full access to our online project management system that will allow you to be a part of the process and have knowledge of all job information during construction. We also encourage and arrange critical stage inspections of your new home regularly throughout the build.

Pase Homes - Practical Completion

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your new home. Before the day arrives when you receive your keys, our team will perform quality control measures to ensure your new home meets the high standards we pride ourselves on. You will be given a comprehensive walkthrough of your beautiful new home and a personal handover from Ryan and the team.

Having built a good working relationship together over the time of the build, our team will remain in touch to ensure you are happy and satisfied with the quality of your home.
