OUR STORY
Pase Homes was founded by myself, Ryan Pase, after working alongside my father Tom who has had a professional career as an architectural draftsman all his life. I began my journey as a builder in 2010 after the completion of my apprenticeship. With a huge passion and drive in the industry I continued on to build my first home at the age of 20. Having grown up in the footsteps of my father, watching his architectural work transform into a home for families and new homeowners in the area, I knew that one day I wanted to build and be a part of bringing these designs to life as well.
Together our team has over 50 years of experience and industry knowledge. We can guarantee a superior building experience and a completely personalised service. We pride ourselves in achieving high quality results for our clients every time we build. Most importantly we understand your home may be the biggest investment you ever make and will be here to guide you through every step of the way.
Over the many years of working in the building industry we have seen the many faults that can be made in the building process. From poor communication to none at all, variations on top of variations, blown out completion dates and budgets. We very commonly see clients having designs drawn to not realise the reality that they will be far from achievable to meet their desired budget. We are a family business ourselves with an in-house draftsman. We not only strive to deliver you with a stunning home design and build, we also take an honest, trustworthy and no-nonsense approach to our services throughout the entire process.
